Backdrops are crafted on either 7oz light weight Nessel canvas or 12/14oz heavy-duty canvas, each chosen for its durability, texture, and professional standard. The lighter 7oz option is foldable, portable, and ideal for travel, while the heavier weight lays beautifully flat and offers a truly luxurious feel.

Both fabrics absorb paint richly, allowing for layered tones and textures that bring depth to photographs. Unlike vinyl or paper, hand-painted canvas has a tactile, authentic quality that not only looks timeless on camera but also ages gracefully with use.

3. Payment

3.1 Payment for products or services must be made in full at the time of ordering.

3.2 Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Refunds and Returns

4.1 Change of Mind: The Company does not accept returns or provide refunds for products or services purchased, due to a change of mind.

4.2 Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of receipt. The Company will assess the issue and, if appropriate, provide a replacement, repair, or refund at its discretion.

4.3 Exclusions: Certain products or services may be excluded from refunds or returns based on their nature, as specified at the time of purchase.

5. Delivery

5.1 The Company will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery, but does not guarantee delivery dates.

5.2 Delivery costs for purchases are additional.  Please request a quote for delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of its products or services.

6.2 The Company’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Governing Law

7.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.

7.2 Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
