HOW IT WORKS

Opting for a collection time post 3 PM the day preceding your shoot and selecting a return time before 10 AM the day following your shoot will incur charges solely for the shoot day(s) in between. Any deviation from these timings will result in an additional day's charge.

Clients are accountable for arranging and covering the costs of safely transporting rented materials to and from the designated locations.

1. The full rental fee must be paid in advance of collection of backdrop(s) and full compliance with the terms and conditions herein.
2. Failure to return backdrops in clean, tightly rolled, and properly aligned condition will result in a $100 service fee deducted from the security deposit.
3. In the event of loss, theft or damage, the Client is liable for the replacement or damage fee, which is to be determined upon assessment of the backdrop in question.
4. Upon safe and timely return of the backdrop the security deposit will be fully refunded as quickly as possible.
5. Late return of backdrop(s) will be charged a full days rent fee for each day late. This fee will be deducted from the security deposit.
6. All rental drops remain the exclusive property of MCB Studio Backdrops.
7. If a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of rental period 50% of hire costs will be retained - this does not include the security deposit.
8. Rental credit card payments are driven by Stripe. Paypal and Direct Deposit is also available.
